Exchange & Return Policy
We have few return/exchange policies, with 100% refund (minus the shipping cost if any) in the case of returns*. The return/exchange window is valid through the day your package was delivered up to 7 Days. Your product should not be damaged, used or washed. It should be in a resalable condition with its tags in it's original condition.
Return
Returns are accepted for all clothing items. We cannot accept return for product that has been exchanged twice.
To initiate a Return, write us to info@trincket.com. You will be contacted by us soon.
We try to pickup the product to be returned via our courier partners. In case we are not able to find a courier partner to pickup from your location, we request you to ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. We reimburse up to Rs.70 as the courier charges.
Please email us the courier receipt once you ship the package. We request you to co-operate with the Courier service providers while returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, if any applied in your order. You can see shipping charges in your invoice.
Exchanges
Exchange is accepted in case:
- You want a different color
- Product is damaged on arrival (we request you to share screenshots/pictures with us in such cases)
We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or not used. A product that has been exchanged twice cannot be exchanged again.

Your exchange will be processed after we receive the original item. The replacement can take up to a week to ship out.
Also, please allow the Courier service provider to check the product for verification.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection status
If approved, your refund will be processed, credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account again for deposits from Trincket.

Replacement Policy
The Replacement policy is available for clothes & accessories:
Damages result due to accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components/accessories, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme heat and temperature, solvents, acids and exposure to rain/water.
The Company's liability for damages shall be restricted to replacement of the defective piece and under no circumstances it shall exceed the price paid (after discounts, if any) by the customer to the Company for the damaged piece stated in the invoice/cash memo.
In case of replacement, the defective piece shall be replaced with another piece of the same model or equivalent model of any of the Company's brands at the Company's discretion.
