शुल्क वापसी की नीति

We have few return/exchange policies, with 100% refund in the case of returns*. The return/exchange window is valid through the day your package was delivered up to 7 Days. Your product should not be damaged or used. It should be in it's original condition. 

Return

Returns are accepted for all items. We donot accept exchange requests.

To initiate a Return, write us to info@trincket.com. You will be contacted by us soon. You may also place return through the website directly from account and orders section.

We try to pickup the product to be returned via our courier partners. In case we are not able to find a courier partner to pickup from your location, we request you to ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. We reimburse up to Rs.120 as the courier charges.

Please email us the courier receipt once you ship the package. We request you to co-operate with the Courier service providers while returns.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, if any applied in your order. You can see shipping charges in your invoice.

 

Exchanges

Exchange is accepted in case:

  1. Product is damaged on arrival (we request you to share unpacking video with us in such cases)

We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or not used. A product that has been exchanged twice cannot be exchanged again.

To initiate an exchange, write us to info@trincket.com to exchange an item. You will be contacted by us soon.

We try to pickup the product to be returned via our courier partners. In case we are not able to find a courier partner to pickup from your location, we request you to ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. Your exchange will be processed after we receive the original item. The replacement can take up to a week to ship out.

Also, please allow the Courier service provider to check the product for verification.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection status

If  approved, your refund will be processed, credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account again for deposits from Trincket.
